Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
At Breevo, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Refunds and Returns:
- Products in sealed packaging are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Opened CPAP products, including machines, accessories, humidifiers, and batteries, are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@breevo.com.
- Do not open damaged or incorrect items, as opened products cannot be returned.
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect items for a quick resolution.
Warranty Information:
- Warranty claims for repairs or replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer.
